All Sunrise Sapphires products are thoughtfully handcrafted in our little home studio in Wellington, New Zealand, in small batches to ensure quality, consistency, and attention to detail.

Yes. Each Sunrise Sapphires product is made to order in small batches. This allows us to maintain quality, reduce waste, and ensure every item is crafted with care before making its way to you.

We carefully select quality ingredients with both performance and sustainability in mind. Our products are made using responsibly sourced materials wherever possible, and we're always looking for ways to reduce waste through refill options, reusable vessels, and thoughtful packaging choices.
We use pure natural soy wax and 100% cotton wicks, with fragrance oils that are non-toxic and vegan. Free from UV inhibitors, phthalates, paraffin, mineral and palm oil.

We do our best to make thoughtful packaging choices wherever possible. From reusable vessels and refill options to recyclable and minimal packaging materials, we're always looking for ways to reduce waste while ensuring your order arrives safely.
All of our candle, diffuser, and room spray vessels can be washed and reused. Although our wax bars are poured into a plastic package, these too can be washed and reused to make your own!

We currently only delivery within New Zealand, charging a flat fee of $10 for all orders. For signature required, a flat fee of $12 is charged.
All orders are shipped on an overnight courier with NZ Post, with a tracking number provided. Orders are shipped once your order has been created and completed.

As each order is handcrafted and made to order, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be created before it is dispatched. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
During new releases, sales, and busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Orders are sent on an overnight courier with NZ Post, but please allow up to 3 days for delivery, or longer during peak holidays seasons.

Because our products are made to order, we don’t generally accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

For item orders we accept Credit Card and Paypal.
For photography services, an invoice will be sent for payment via Bank Transfer.

Each product includes care instructions to help you get the most out of your purchase, and our creative and refill kits include how-to-use instructions.
Following the recommended guidelines will help ensure the best performance and longevity of your item.

We want every customer to feel special when unboxing their order, which is why all of our orders come beautifully gift wrapped in our signature monochrome branding.
If your order is being delivered as a gift, contact us at kerry@sunrisesapphires.co.nz with your order number, and we can arrange to include a complimentary special note for the receiver on your behalf.
