Yes! We don’t keep ready made items in stock. Instead, all of our items are made specifically to a customer’s order request.

We do our very best to ensure our brand is as eco-friendly and sustainably focused as possible to help do our part for the planet. We’ve taken steps to minimize the use of plastic wherever we can through our product design and packaging.

All of our candle, diffuser, room spray and perfume glassware is reusable and recyclable.

Packaging for wax melt bars are made of plastic, but these too can be recycled or washed and reused to make your own!

We currently only ship within New Zealand.

Shipping costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

All orders are shipped on an overnight courier with NZ Post, with a tracking number provided. Orders are shipped once your order has been created and completed.

Every item is made to order. Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days.

Longer processing times may occur during peak holiday seasons like Christmas, Easter etc.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Because our products are handmade to order, we don’t generally accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. If there’s ever an issue, please reach out and contact us at kerry@sunrisesapphires.co.nz and we’ll make it right.

For item orders we accept Credit Card and Paypal.

For photography services, an invoice will be sent for pay via Bank Transfer.

Each product comes with a simple instructions card to ensure it’s cared for and used correctly, and lasts beautifully.

We want every customer to feel special when unboxing their order, which is why all of our orders come beautifully gift wrapped in our signature monochrome branding.

Every order comes with a little handwritten love note from us. If you are ordering a gift and would like the love note to be a gift message to someone, please let us know.
