  • Travel fees for getting to and from your accommodation are included for stays within New Zealand.

    Our The Destination Collection includes travel fees for New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Islands (Fiji, Cook Islands etc).

    For locations further afield, we will include a travel fee on top of the collection’s base price.

  • Yes - each collection states a minimum stay period.

    An overnight stay allows us to capture the full authentic guest experience.

  • Every session is unique, so the final image count varies. You’ll receive a complete gallery of images curated and professionally edited to meet your accommodation experience needs.

  • Yes - you’ll receive full usage rights for marketing, social media, and website use.

  • Yes - short-form videos (Reels/Tiktoks) are included in the collections. These are perfect for showcasing to your customers a truly authentic, story-like ‘guest experience’.

  • All content will be saved to a Google Drive folder and sent to the email address you provide to us upon booking.

  • Standard turnaround time is three weeks.
